1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Swarag (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Access & Multiplayer Rooms
Swarag provides free, real-time browser-based multiplayer party games. Users can create private game rooms using 6-character room codes. Room hosts have controls to select games, lock rooms against new entrants, change game modes, transfer host privileges, or kick players from their room.
3. Code of Conduct & User-Generated Content (UGC)
When choosing nicknames, drawing images, submitting story text, giving clues, or sending in-game chat messages, you agree not to submit content that:
- Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or racially/ethnically hateful.
- Infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
- Contains advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, or unsolicited spam.
- Attempts to exploit, reverse engineer, flood, overload, or disrupt the WebSocket infrastructure or server operations.
- Executes automated scripts or malicious payloads.
Room hosts and players can remove disruptive participants using in-game host kick controls or close rooms to end abusive sessions immediately.
4. Service Availability & Volatile State
Swarag is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Gameplay sessions, scores, and room states are held in temporary server memory and will reset upon room completion or scheduled maintenance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any game mode at any time without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
The Swarag branding, design system, custom game modes (Riddle Rush, Draw & Guess, Story Chaos, Number Hunt, Flash Jigsaw, Memory Cards, Imposter, Draw & Remember), original artwork, and codebase are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swarag and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
