Spatial Memory & Tile Recall
Memory Cards — Game Guide & Rules
2–8 Players • 3 Card Sets • 6 Target Challenges Total • 3 Attempts Per Target
What is Memory Cards?
Memory Cards is a spatial location memory game. At the beginning of each card set, a grid of 12 distinct cards is displayed face-up for 20 seconds. Once the preview timer concludes, the cards flip face-down. The game prompts players to locate specific target items one by one from memory.
Game Rules & Structure
- 20-Second Memorization Preview: Memorize the locations of all 12 cards on the grid.
- Target Challenge: A target item icon and name appear at the top HUD. Click the face-down card where you remember seeing that item.
- 3 Attempt Allowance: You have up to 3 attempts to find each target item. Incorrect clicks flip the card momentarily and allow you to try again. However, exhausting all 3 attempts yields 0 points for that target.
- 3 Card Sets: Players complete 2 target challenges per set across 3 randomized card sets (6 total target challenges per match).
Scoring System
Max Target Score: 1500 Points • Decays over 90s: Down to 400 Points • 3 Failed Attempts: 0 Points
Correctly identifying target cards immediately awards top points. Speed combined with spatial recall determines the winner.
